This is a re-design of my old version. In the old version, the King and Queen had 'K' and 'Q' on the mainsails. It was difficult to tell the pieces apart (both coming and going), so to put aside the confusion I added tells in the form of crow's nests that look like traditional Staunton-style chess pieces (except for the knights where I just used flags). King's about 7" tall (3.5" long on the hull)...pawns about 3" tall) hand carved from Walnut and Soft maple. The board pictured is about 24" square. I used it to group the pieces together to make it easier to get a pic...the board it comes with is about 30" square.

Sorry for the bad pics, had to rush in shipping this one out and had to use the old camera...
