Hollis Mckinley Alabama Registered: October 2007 Posts: 195 users gallery	Was working as a saw filer in a local saw mill, after retiring out of the Marine Corps. I followed this log from the debarker, watched all the way from the head rig being squared into the cant. went up into the re-saw cab and asked the re-saw man to cut me a two inch slab of that pretty wood. Went over to the trimmer cab and by-passed the computer and trashed the piece. Went down and caught them off the vibrator tray befor they got to the chipper. Make a long story short, they were worth the effort. The cant was 16' long and not one splinter went to waste.
