Witch & Sunflower - about 18" tall

Does this belong in this category? Witch has twig arms and legs. Sunflower has 36 ga. brass petals and leaves that I sanded, coated with gesso and painted. Her hat brim is also brass.

Very most excellent. I really like to carve wood, but find it almost impossible to accomplish some of the colors, textures, and materials, without resorting to "alternate materials". I like to incorporate such materials as brass, copper, bone, antler, and whale bone for their effects. I dont however, like to "reley on prosthetics" or embellishments that detour from the main elements. Great work.
