Very Nice! With these dimensions, the Celtic knot pattern must be fairly intricate. Tell us about the wood, and what tools you are using for this task.

Thanks! the wood is a bit of Yew , harvested in the Cowichan valley in BC , for tools I used a hooked chip knife and the tiny tools that the box contains , I made these just after I had part of my middle finger amputated ,as I found them easier to grip without bashing the "stump", after I healed they are still my faves , but I'm back to more conventional palm tools as well.
