As everyone knows that beans are hard till they are cooked. Which means to me,they can be carved,is how I saw them. The 1st bean with just lines then stain wiped in the cuts,kinda a smiley face,I wanted to just see how a bean would carve? Then I knew they could be carved deeper. I enjoyed carving them. Davy! I mess with little things at times when I dont feel like working on something bigger that kicks alot of dust. I dont know about courage but I just enjoy creativing. Stopped at a saw mill yesterday,got some cuff-off wood,will have some to work with this spring. Gald you liked the bean head carvings my carving bud... thks Forrest
