That was an excellent carving on the moose antler. It must be difficult carving on something that hard. How do you keep your tools so sharp.

Sorry haven't been on WCI for awhile.
This is the first time I tried this. A friend of mine gave me the antler.
The material is quite hard, but it didn't seem to dullen my chisels. This is a small antler. I carved a larger one for a friend, & I'm going to get some pictures of someday, so I can show it off. It has more detail than the small one.
