Your Leading Resource for Woodworking Books  Founded in 1991 by Alan Giagnocavo, Fox Chapel Publishing is one of the world's leading resources for woodworking books and magazines. We employ nearly 30 people from our headquarters in a restored 19th century warehouse in East Petersburg , PA. We publish two magazines, Wood Carving Illustrated and Scroll Saw Workshop; more than 200 book titles; and distribute more than 1,000 woodworking books from other publishers around the world.    Our greatest joy comes from working with talented craftspeople to put their designs and techniques into book form for readers—like you—who share the love of creating things by hand. Whether we are publishing a comprehensive techniques manual or a simple pattern book, we try to find an artist who is both passionate about their work and an experienced teacher. Working directly with each artist helps us bring you how-to material that is up to date, easy to follow, thoroughly tested and practical.
