A lot of great carvings at the show.

Hi Bob: No, don't know what permalink means. I did find out we can still send pm's by clicking on the "sEND mESSAGE " under the avatar. I'm still struggling with Quigley. Five different heads carved and the last one is too big. Going out the the country in a few minutes to look at an 1874 Sharps 45-70 rifle similar to Quigleys. Don't think I will have time to incorporate it into a carving. Lots of guys are through with theirs already. Cheez, I'm just wasting time. See you later.....

Happy Birthday greetings Ed. Weather is finallly getting better. Suppose to be 72 today. Been a bad winter for this location. Looking forward to getting home in couple of weeks. Going to Pharr Tx this coming weekend for a woodcarving show and sale. I may be using the forum to communicate since email here is almost non-existant. I can get better access to the forum than I can my email. Do you know what "permalink" in the upper rh window of our comments means? Also I'm guessing since I can see all of the past comments of "friends" all friends see all messages?

Hi Bob: Wanted to send you a PM but this new system has changed things and I couldn't find where to do it. Just had a great birthday dinner at Red Lobster with the family. WCI sent me a Birthday greeting but it's funny, my name is not listed in todays birthdays... Go figure... Fog this morning...much nicer now.. Ed
