    My youngest son lives in New Mexico. Yes it's great getting back into carving. I use to do gourd carving and now experimenting with my leftover Gourd Master's ink dyes on basswood. Gourds aren't popular here. I tried to grow them but to tropical with unsettle weather changes. In the world of carving there are so many choices of tools and micro ones at that.
    Having a field day looking and reading....playing catch up lol
