    Big Arm:

Nice to hear from you. Yes I'm in Elletsville, been here (or in the area) for 32 years. Worked as a DJ for WGTC the country radio station for 10 years back in the late 70's early 80's, then (involuntarily) moved on to the Hearld Telephone (advertsing sales) for a few years and then on to TIS Inc, a college textbook wholesaler. Now retired. Started carving about 10-12 years ago (mostly caricatures - old folks & cowboys & injuns). How 'bout you? What 's your things or style do you do?

I mostly carve for my own pleasure and now that I am retired I get to do that alot. Have sold some things at a Blomington craft Fair in November and have had some carvings at the By-Hand Gallery on the Square, but most of those are sold. So now I'm working on different things to either give away or sell this coming November and of course keep for myself.

Glad to hear there are other south-central IN carvers around.
