Default Turned head farmer

I really enjoyed Gene's latest Youtube video on carving the turned head and had to have a shot! I found it really tricky, almost disorientating! But here he is.

Doing well Simon, but you have to cut down on the self mutilation thing, it can be habit forming.

Good job Simon. That is great, major step in putting more character in a carving.

Simon-Really like this little guy. That is one of the hardest-turned head-things I have tried to carve, you did great. That is one reason I like the ones I can take and carve head separate from body.

Thank you very much guys! I don't know why it seems so tricky to turn the head but it's like the left side of your brain telling the right it's wrong! LOL!
Gord, it is starting to feel a bit like .....'and the next injury is.....!'
Thanks Gene, I really appreciate your tuition, as we all do Thank you! I think I'll skip the 'riding the bike' thing..... cos the way my luck is running lately.....!
