Default Trawler fisherman

I just got this guy finished off yesterday! He's 6" tall and mounted on a bit of Elm Burr which I thought looked a bit corkish-ish ! The shirt was a bit of an experiment on doing 'check' but I just quit while I was ahead instead of trying to do a bit more and totally ......... well you know! ! LOL!
He's been at sea 5 days and now staggering around the harbour waiting for his 'sea-legs' to wear off!

Simon,
Another great job. Man looks like I made back just in time to catch another one of your carvings. You did a nice job on both the carving and the painting. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.

Safe Carving and God Bless

Mark

You carvings really capture the spirit of the character. This one is no exception. Very nice!
