John,
I bought a couple of these at Virgina Beach a few years back. You are fortunate. The ones I have look similar, but do not have as much detail as yours. Mine were made in china according to the stickers on them. They are great go by's. Good Find. I have the pirate with the peg leg and the captain in the rain suit only mine is bright yellow. The pirate follows the same paint scheme as yours. I did a couple of the pirates only changed them up a little and added more detail. Thanks for sharing.

John... Are you sure that they don't have made in China stamped on the bottom of the bases? Ha! Ha! Just kidding! Nice collection.
