Default Memory of my childhood

When I was a boy, I used to eat a twin icing bar with my brother.
You know, it was often split unfairness like this.
Sometimes I miss the good old days.

It was made on April 2008 and 12inch.

That is fantastic Hyung, your work is so fresh and new besides being flat plane and difficult to do and master. Excellent!

Thumbs up Re: Memory of my childhood

Fantastic Hyung .. what a wonderful carving ....your expressions and flat plane cuts are amazing ... you have brought a new technique to flat plane and its exciting ...

I would give anything to see these pieces in person and observe your wonderful style .. Maybe someday when I dont have anything to do .. I will fly to south korea and see you ( yeah right )

Iam looking forward to seeing more of your work and I think you are bringing a new dimension to flat plane work outside the U.S. ...

Thank you so much for sharing

Gene

Oh yes! Great memories. I loved those double treats. Luxury was when I got to eat the whole thing myself.

The open toed shoes and untucked shirt are great details that really add to the realism. Beautiful work! Thanks for sharing.

Wow! That is a phenomenal carving. I keep going back to it and I see different parts that I like with each new visit.
Your photographs of the carving are also great at showing the detail and different perspectives.
What a wonderful work of art.
Thank you for showing this piece.

Best regards,

RussL.

Hyung, I'm absolutely amazed at the work you produce. WOW, I have trouble carving one figure and here you go doing them two at a time. I'm expecting to see a family portrait with about 8 people in it next. Wonderful work my friend, please keep the pictures comming.
