That is neat looking hound. How did you do flat plane is walnut I cant do it in Basswood. Curt

How do you think it would it look in "bark" LOL, did not think of that. As for carving in walnut, I have one knife I put a secondary bevel on just for carving hardwoods. This is the only on in walnut, have done one in paulownia and starting another in bass. Took a while to get the hang of flat plane, folks here are a big help. My first attempts were sort of a blend of FP and whatever I was doing before that. Thanks all for looking and for the support. BfloBif |
