Default I have procrastinated too long!

Hello folks. I started carving and hanging out here late last summer. I have really procrastinated on posting photos though, and I'll try to do better. Watched alot of Gene's videos (thank you Sir!!) and bought some books. So far I've done mostly small figures from 1" square stock or less. Gene's simple hillbillies were some of my first. I made and gave away a bunch of those.

I've also made quite a few little 2" guys as in the Jack Price books.

I call these next three guys the "water cooler gang" because my friend Michael said they looked like the folks hanging around the cooler in an office. He also said the guy on the left looks like he's up to something and the guy on the right is really concerned about it!

Lately I have been on a Hobo kick. Here are Ol' Sam and Shorty.

I look forward to your comments and suggestions, and I'll try to do better with posting photos in the future.

Thanks to everyone here for their contributions.

Ken

Thanks Smitty and Kurt!

Kurt, if you have your photos hosted online somewhere like flickr or photobucket then you just click the little icon above and paste in your link to the photo.

This collection of Little Guys is FANTASTIC, the painting is also super. Little Guys are my favorites to carve, but I can't carve them like that. Great work!! for showing them
