Default Gene's Knife
Is Gene's Knife actually that sharp or is he carving Marshmellows. It does'nt look like he is exerting any pressure at all to achieve his cuts

No Larry, I think it's butter. I think Gene has a video that shows how he keeps his knife so sharp.

Larry .. its sharp .. but I strop it about every twenty to thirty minutes of carving
