Default bowlers

My brother,our buddy and I started bowling in a little local leage a few weeks back.Its just us hanging out and learnig to bowl a little.Today is the last game of the leage so I decided to carve these for them since we dont get trophies.Hope they like them and y'all as well.

Very good carving and painting, That beats a trophy anyday. Yout brpother and buddy are going to be really tickled. Look out the alley may want to commision you for these

I am so impressed by this little scene i have to make another comment, the bowlers them selves sure do look like Gene's people
What are the deminsions of this scene?

Thanks guys.Herb the guys are about 4 in tall.the lane is 15in.Yes I started carving buy watching Gene on you tube.He is the one that taught me to carve and it is a big compliment hearing they look similar to his guys.I like many owe him thanks for sharing his knowledge with us.Now after finding this site i have many great carvers to learn from.thanks again

Nicely done, you used Gene's teaching to develop a style of your own. I love the guy with the cane, not much of a bowling stance but having fun.

You may be doing many of these in the future once the bowling teams see them.

really nice scene Jason, very original. Learning carving techniques then making the carving your own is a really cool thing. Gene will be proud. Good job.
