Default Tiger head cane

I wanted a brighter looking cane for myself over the holidays, and had this in the back of my mind since I did the lions head one, so took a week and carved this baby up. She doesn't look real happy, but certainly is bright! The wood is Cherry and the teeth are Holly and the spacer Ebony. There is a beautiful ribbon of curled figure in the center of the shaft running from top to bottom, that was a bonus.

Enjoy.

Bob

Nice work. You are certainly right about it being a 'stand out' for colour. I like your treatment of the teeth and the ebony spacer is very effective. Well done.

Good to see that you're back to the canes again. That's the best Tony the Tiger I've seen in wood. Such great work as usual Bob! Thanks for posting it.
