Default Rain Forest stick

This is the top 13" of the stick carved in Sycamore.

I finally finished the top 13" of the Rain Forest stick. I used Watco Danish Oil. Here's the link. Rain Forest stick completed

Ron, The detail that went into that is really amazing it is a fantastic looking stick. Not that it is important but I am curious if you know about how many hours you put in it. I know my attention span is not that long. Thanks for keeping us posted I really enjoy seeing this

Ron T: do you find that the Watco Danish Oil changes the wood color at all?
I love the pink of the local western red cedar, but it is poison yellow with Varathane.

Do you think that you could tease us with another 13" of quality carving thoughts?

Gorgeous stick! The design and carving are really superb. That took a lot of work!
