Thanks for the positive comments. It really means a lot. David to tell you the truth when I started the stick my main goal was to just get it to look like a snake. It wasn't until I finished carving and was ready to paint that I started looking at photos for a snake with an interesting color pattern. I chose the milk snake although I was just trying to make my stick look ok and was not concerned about how accurate it was. But I'm learning. Mike |
