Default lost my link!

The other day I asked about a swivel for a carving vise , and someone gave me a link to one made from a trailer coupler and ball, i liked it and wanted to look at it again before i cutup a perfectly good coupler. Everytime i find a link relating to one now, it is no longer available or cant be found. Would whoever gave me the link to theirs please do it again. Thanks

Dave,

Thanks for posting. I picked up a receiver and ball from Harbor Freight for about 20 bucks and played with it for a little, but wasn't sure how you got so much travel out of the ball - now I see.

Thanks Dave: This is the one that i was looking for. These pictures are a lot clearer on how you did it than what the others were. I will put mine together tomorrow. I am going to make the stick cradle that was on here also.

Richard, when you take the coupler apart and put it back together there is a space where the spring use to go I just cut a small piece off of a small pipe
