Default Hello

Hello my name is david im kinda new to wood carving. I use power carving. What i would like to ask is i wanna make a cane or a walking stick i am trying to find ideas or new ways of doing it. I saw a walking stick maker on here but the link he put up for the book is dead. If some one can help me with ideas or videos of power carving for canes that would help me out a great deal thank you

Hello and welcome to the forum. Have you tried the search on here in general instead of a specific members link? Try that if you haven't. There are also lots of youtube videos on the internet that might help you. Safe carving. Paul

Tiger, you are in good company. Just blast out you own ideas, the forms that come to mind, everything goes well. What does your heart and head tell you is in the stick? Do it.
