Wonderful dragons. I love the textures you have going on. Great contrast with the scales and the ridge down his back. The narly claws, even on the baby, make them very menacing. Great work. Thanks for showing it.

I made another one this one is catalpa wood, the color and grain is similar to butternut.
The dragons are attracting some attention I sold the small one yesterday.

I really love your dragon chainsaw carving. How long have you been chainsaw carving? Nice detail on the scales and everything else. You do beautiful work.

Hi Makenchips,
I started chainsaw carving Jan 2007 but have hand carved on an off since about 1978, I like working with wood no matter the form.
