Default Some benches I am working on

He gang remember those benches that I was working on well I am back at them they are just about finished except for a little sanding and staining most of the carving was done with my Redmax chainsaw.

Those are turning out really well. Your spirits are very inspiring and I love the way they turn up everywhere!...upside down trees, benches, live trees, even small Christmas ornaments!
Thanks for mentioning that you carved them out with the Redmax. I'm still drooling over one on the internet, but got another small Steil saw first...less of an investment.
I hope you post another follow up on them when you get the finish on them. It changes them so much.

Those spirit's are so bold and jump right out at you. Holy cow! Am I seeing a "second" woodspirit" in that second picture, right under the lip?!? Either some very fancy photo editing work or some fancy elbow work!

Colin, Those benches are super! The design, construction and the carving. I still, for the life of me, cannot figure out how you handle the saw and can turn out such detailed carvings.....that are so big...Tom H
