| | Re: Some benches I am working on Those are turning out really well. Your spirits are very inspiring and I love the way they turn up everywhere!...upside down trees, benches, live trees, even small Christmas ornaments!
Thanks for mentioning that you carved them out with the Redmax. I'm still drooling over one on the internet, but got another small Steil saw first...less of an investment.
I hope you post another follow up on them when you get the finish on them. It changes them so much.

| | Re: Some benches I am working on Those spirit's are so bold and jump right out at you. Holy cow! Am I seeing a "second" woodspirit" in that second picture, right under the lip?!? Either some very fancy photo editing work or some fancy elbow work!
Nice job!

| | Re: Some benches I am working on Colin, Those benches are super! The design, construction and the carving. I still, for the life of me, cannot figure out how you handle the saw and can turn out such detailed carvings.....that are so big...Tom H |

| | Re: Some benches I am working on Too nice to be placed outside. They'd look good in a hallway or mudroom!
