Thanks for the thoughts. the bench slabs are made from alligater juniper, thay came from the rodeo,chedasky fire a few years ago.A friend of mine has a small mill. Then I plan,sand and more sanding.Then I coat them with spar-yorathane gloss. About 4 spray coats with a light sanding between coats. The bears are pine that I get from the greenwaste area.
