Greg,
That is great you should be proud of that. I will be curious to see how much it fetches at the auction. I am sorry I didnt make it but as you know I got really sick and couldnt make the trip. I am bummed out the truck is still loaded I am feeling too poorly to unload it. Looks as if the weather cooperated some, they were calling for a high of only 14 today in Ridgway. Again you did really well I will be looking forward to next year now.
Colin

Here are the finished pics. When I left the auction my project was still in the top 20 out of 200. I am pleased with that and the proceeds from the auction go for a good cause!

Missed you Collin and Bob

Greg,
That was a beautiful carving my friend no wonder it was in the top twenty. Wow you have come a long way in such a short time. I am sorry I missed you I am sick that I had to miss the Vous I go every year as you probably know. I am glad I didnt go though I would have ended up very sick I think. I was at the doctors yesterday and he said I was border line phemonia so I dont think the four days in the cold would have helped my cause. BTW my truck is still loaded I havent had the strength to unload it yet. Again Greg we are all proud of you for your contribution. Another day another time we will meet someday I am sure. I am more sick I had to miss but there is always another year.
Take care my friend and a safe trip home.
Colin

Congratulations on a well done carving, and the monetary rank in the auction. I know that is satisfying for you! It is a terrific carving.

Sorry to hear you are still sick Colin. Glad you're taking care of yourself.
get well soon.
