 Ridgway Chainsaw Rendezvous Hi Gang, It is that time of year again and I am leaving this freezing cold weather here in Canada to go down to Ridgway PA to enjoy their freezing cold weather at the Rendezvous. I go every year along with over 200+ carvers from around the world that all get together in Ridgway at the end of February to carve and have a good time. Why do we all go I dont know when we could be in Hawaii or somewhere. Well it is for a good cause a lot of the proceeds from the sale of the carvings go to the "Make a Wish" foundation. So off I go again. How many of you are intending to go see the Rendezvous? If you are close it is well worth seeing. The carving goes on all week and ends up Saturday with the start of the auction. There are some excellent carvings and they go for a very fair price. Here are some pictures of previous years at the Vous. Colin
