Default chainsaw woodspirit for Christmas

This is a woodspirit I just finished as a holiday gift for a friend.
I started it yesterday with my chainsaw out of a white pine log and finished it today.
I sure appreciate the speed the chainsaw gives me in roughing out a project.
I finished it off with my mallet and chisels.
It measures about 3 1/2 feet.

Thanks for the comments.
I'm anxious to do some more now. I think my satisfaction with the combination of chainsaw and chisel makes me feel more confident in completing the bigger pieces.
I think it's time to try a bench next.

I didn't know you used a chainsaw to do your carvings Thor! I've been trying to get an electric Makita chainsaw for some time but I would have to get it shipped in. Given your results, I will have to try harder as you did a fine job of your woodspirit.

Looks, great Thor I really want to try this some day and a wood spirit is what I want to do first.
