Default Books or Magazine`s

Dose anyone know where i can get a book or magazine on chainsaw carving a bear. I`am looking for something for the beginner (basic bears).
I checked Foxchapel, and all they had listed was Carving an Eagle, Art of chainsaw Carving (the cover showed a horse) and Chainsaw Carving a Bear. but the cover showed alittle more advanced bear then i`am talking about.
Thank`s
John

Brian, thanks for the step by step, that`s what i needed, something to look at for each cut, till i get the hang of it.
I found a web site www.baileysonline.com that had a dvd How to Carve a Bear that i ordered, look`s like the more simplier bears.
But i`am going to see if i can find more of what you sent me.
thank`s agian

Kris Connors has done a series of video tutorials on you tube.
His latest is a welcome bear.

See his post here:
carvingpost: Video Tutorial #5 - How to carve a Welcome Bear

If this is your first carving you may want to try something simpler.

Kris Connors YouTube channel is an excellent resource but the Chainsaw Carving a Bear book is really easy to keep next to you while carving those first few bruins.
