If you are using a cylinder burr, you could switch to a cone-shaped burr or even a flame-shaped one which would allow you to hold the handset at an angle to the wood and get the area you can't reach now. Claude |

I use sanding cones sold by MID Wood Carving Supplies,they have a long cone along with it's mandrel, They have these sanding cones in a smaller,size which is great for detailing finish sanding,both cone sizes come in three different grits smooth,medium and course. Oscar |
