Smile Ram 45 repair

My Ram 45 stopped functioning properly a few weeks ago and I had purchased it a little over a year; just out dating any free repair or repalcement. I mailed the unit back to the factory, they repaired it and mailed it back within a week...at no charge. How's that for service?
I really like the Ram for power carving, espcially when it comes to cleaning up the fuzzies after at the carving is done. I'm not advertising for the company but thought such service should be recognized by anyone looking to purchase a power unit.

That's what I like to hear. That is the same unit I have and it has been great.

I had a similar situation and they were great to work with--a few emails and phone calls narrowed down the problem and they took good care of me and my Ram. Couldn't ask for better service.

Bbeery, I'm so happy to hear this turned out well, especially since you said you'd purchased your unit on my recommendation!! Great news! Have fun carving! Deborah</IMG>

When I set about looking for a choice in high speed rotary, I contacted most of the names, and was quite impressed with RAM then. They took time with me on the phone and I was pretty confident.

bbeery, thank you for your post! Ahhhhh!

Looks like I made the right decision in my two little blue machines...

Best to you,

Tommy...

My experience seems to be like everyone else. Great service from Aaron at Ram on my 45. No hassle just good service.

Service, is everything. Don't care what you buy or what it costs, if there is good service, you got it made. I've never bought Ram products, its encouraging to hear of such service. Thanks
