Default PowerCrafter Tool - Cirrus Innovations

I know there has been a lot of discussion from new members as well as older members about which power tool to buy and which company does the best job in service after the purchase. I seldomly see any thing but bad comments about the power tool industry and their treatment of customers.

I wanted to take the time to say I purchased a 400,000 rpm PowerCrafter tool from Rhet Jensen mail@rhetjensen.com (Cirrus Innovations) through ebay.
Even though I've had to send the unit in for a slight repair, Rhet has been the most pleasant person to work with and he knows how to treat his customers. He has personally taken care of my needs and the repair & return was completed with haste.
I acknowledge this because I see so many subscribers to this message board tell of horrendous treatment from power tool representatives.

I highly recommend him if anyone is looking to purchase a PowerCrafter tool.

Keep up the good work and thank you, Rhet.
