......I had an old Dremel tool, that gave up the ghost awhile back......so I sent it in and they sent back a brand, spanking new one, at no charge to me, at all. It just doesn't get any better than this......don't you all agree?

That is good to know! I have one that just died on me. Took it apart and can't figure out what killed it. Everything looks good. I think the switch died. Do you have contact info?

ya, and if your Dremel is still under warranty, you will get a new switch free.......another ain't it grand!!! moment........ya hoo!!!!!!!!
