I just received my disks and have not yet had opportunity to try them. They are coarse grit and not as densely populated as my medium and fine disks. I'm looking forward to roughing out some larger carvings with them on an angle grinder.

I have purchased a set after Thanksgiving and have used them for cleaning up some large blocks of Tupelo I cut directly from the swamp. The disc's work great, however be careful with the cutting edge - would not be user friendly if you get to close to the business edge. I plan to use them later to help shape a life size swan decoy.
