Default First power carving done with Automach

This was my first attempt at power carving a larger face. Bought an Automach and some Flexcut gouges to go with it and was very impressed. Made quick work of the carving!

Pretty impressive. Especially like the setting you created. Painted backdrop and such. :>)

Weather Automach or hand tools ... that is a very good carving with a 10.0 for originality ..

Very nice work Don, I like the way you put it all together.. Nice painting also. very striking.. My nephew would sure love to have that in his yard, that sits on a salt water creek.. Chalotte
