Default Fat Bear

This is a typical one day bear at this point I had like 6 hours in it. This one is dry hard live oak I do use a Merlin on a side grinder to clean it up before I start carving finish details. I carve all the details before I carve the hair I like my bears to have well defined face and claws I mostly use a die grinder for that. The dilla is from the same tree I carved it the day before 20% chainsaw 80% grinders.

Don,

A couple of fine looking critters. Yep that bear sure looks like he's about ready to hibernate.
