Question Dremel Question

I have a Dremel 395, Type 5 with a flex shaft 225 T-2. They lack 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch threading up tight. Will these work together or do I need something different?

Give it a try, but go slow.....I'd say that it will be o.k.

don't think you need pictures....just screw the shaft on to the Dremel and turn on the switch. If it stays on, then you're good to go....but like I said in the first place, go slow in case the shaft comes off.

Is it possible that you don't have one (or both) of the square ends of the internal shaft seated all the way into the receptacle?

Thanks all for your input. By accident I found my problem . It was the original cap at the business end of my Dremel was to large and I had an adaptor for it on hand . Thanks anyway
