Default Burr/cutter ID please

So I have a few of these small bits/cutters 1/8 shank and I really like them, but can't remember where I got them or who makes them or what style they even are! I thought that they might be kawasaki or dremel, but can't find them online. I've tried keywords fluted, stump cutter etc. I have an even smaller one that I found used in a box of junk at a garage sale. Would really like to find a source for these guys. Here are some pics for you experts. Thanks so much.

I bought some Russian dental burrs (No, really!! they had Russian writing on the plastic boxes!!!) some of them are a little different cut than our American counterparts. I have not been thru all the boxes yet, I will take a look and see if I have anything close. later..
If the phone doesn't ring...it's me.
