Great idea on and insert. I have mine on plain printer paper from the PC, with what issues are in the binders. But they are on the inside and have to look there. Maybe front outside for quicker viewing.

I like the holes to keep them organized. I put them in a binder by the year. Please keep the holes.

Keep the holes and offer a binder for purchase. For those of us who plan on continuing our subscription, we will need some way to keep up with our past issues and easily refer to them.

Just my $.02

Binders are a great idea, keep the holes. Darn plastic magazine holders tear the covers.

Please keep the holes!
There could be a box to check on renewal slips that says, "YES! Please include my embossed binder for just $____." I'd check the box every time! And I'd like to order a few for back issues. Maybe it could have a slip-in clear pocket on the edge to display the year.
You could do a leather or vinyl choice if you wanted too, but in any case it should be a durable binder that'll last for many years with lots of use.

Holes and binder are good for me.

Just a thought...as the years go on people will be looking for copies of the "old" articles or previous issues. At a point in time when no back issues are available, it might be another viable option to offer a CD with PDF files of the articles/previous issues. I know you offer copies of the articles, but after a while, the paper copies of the magazines, and/or articles can get to a point where they are no longer useful, or end up getting lost or thrown away.
