Default Workbook

I have to say your woodcarving books have become a major part of my instruction books , the added holes for notebook keeping has been great. The only problem is now I have a large notebook that looks like one of my sons.

Would you consider making a notebook cover with your name and the front and back being on some of the carvings which have appeared in the articles.

Would make reaching for it much eaiser.

Thanks for the great reference books .

Default 3 Ring Binder

Interesting that you brought this up! I recently got an email from another reader who said that he doesn't store his in binders and thinks we should quit drilling the holes. I was planning to post the question in our letters section in a future issue. What do you guys think? Holes or no holes? And - yes - if we continue to drill the holes, I think a branded binder is certainly in order.

Leave the holes in please.
I like Ash, store my WCI in three ring binders as well as patterns and other magazines like Scroll Saw Magazine also.

Helps keeping the shop a little more neater, If that is possible.
Thanks

Keep the holes, and I do like the idea of a binder. The last few days I have been reviewing my books, (I use the plastic magazine containers, they are hard on the covers) .

Definetly keep the notebook binder holes. Have been planning on stopping at an office supply store to see what a good size binder would cost, so I would be interested in both. (Make my wife happy too. They wouldn't be all over the place if they're in binders.)

I have been keeping mine in a library type magazine holder. As someone noted, this is hard on the covers as they are taken out and put back.

Keep the holes, sell a binder, and I will happily change over. A couple of suggestions, many of us have all of the issues, would it be possible to have the binder with an insert that can be used to identify the year? Also, be sure that the binders are sufficiently roomy to hold a year, to allow for opening of the binder, and examination of the magazine, without having to remove it.
