Just in case you didn't catch it in one of my recent postings I thought that I'd copy & paste my request here just to be sure. Well, I thought that it was a good suggestion. <<<BEGIN SNIP>>> What would REALLY be nice is for someone from WCI, such as BobD (with all his spare time ) to set up a YouTube site where they could share videos with their subscribers. I'd love to see a quick flick of an office tour that introduces us to all those people "behind the scenes" that put the magazine together. Something like that would give us something solid to connect with. Thousands of companies (including magazines) already have such sites on YouTube so the longer you delay WCI, the further behind you're gonna get. ![]() <<<END SNIP>>>

Good Idea! I know what the answer is going to be though and it involves the word "time". WCI needs to hire a grunt that is knowledgable about publishing, carving, has photo capability, friendly, eager to learn AND stay on the job, does what he/she is told, retains instruction, does not take drugs, minimum wage, legal and won't ask for promotion, ever.

Geez Bob, I thought that you were giving the most perfect description of me until you got to that part about minimum wages and "time". . Although it's only a small publication of about 30,000 one of my favorite magazines that I've been a subscriber to since it's beginnings back in the 1980's put up an office tour video and if a picture is said to tell a "thousand words", then a video has to tell a million words. I really got a kick out of actually seeing those people "walkin' n talkin" whom I've been reading about for a couple of decades. As an example, here's that link: YouTube - Backwoods Home Magazine Office Tour
