Got mine today. Read through several articles and enjoyed them. I see Ron Davidson had a relief carving rated. Good job Ron! I have seen carvings done by sighted carvers that weren't that good!

I usually have to wait a month on my issue...but it arrived yesterday! It is an outstanding issue. I really can't say why I think it is so great...there isn't a pattern I want to try, but it seems every article has something that I will try to incorporate in my carving.

Congratulations to the Wood Carvers of the Year! I know that Lori Irish's wood spirit tutorial on this site really inspired me to try new things.

Thanks for all the effort. You are greatly appreciated.

Great issue, like always Bob D!! Lots of information and inspiration!! Congratulations to everyone at Woodcarving Illustrated for ten great years!!

A big congratulations to the Wood Carvers of the Year too, a well deserved honor, that's for sure!

I was personally thrilled to see Judy Snowbank's Fairy Keepsake Box, done from my article. She did a great job! In fact, at first glance, I wondered why the picture of mine was back in the magazine......Ben said the same thing when I showed it to him!

Judy, if you're reading this.....you did an excellent job! THANK YOU!!

Congratulations again everyone!! Deborah
