Default subscription

I recently subscribed, sent in my money and selected the Special Holiday bonus that I thought was available in mid September. I have not received either the normal magazine or the Special Holiday bonus magazine. Not sure where to turn or who to ask to be sure my subscription and money were actually received. Can't remember exactly when I sent it in - but sure it has been a month ago or longer!

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry I also posted this in the misc forum below - then I saw this forum!
