Hey Gang,
I just got a note from our customer service folks. Due to the overwhelming response to this sale, they are just having a hard time keeping up with the calls and orders. So...if you get the voice mail, please don't be discouraged. If you don't get a call back on a message you left in a day or so, please call back. They are so busy they haven't even had time to check the voice mail!

Folks are calling them in? I simply jumped online and ordered there. No waits, no call backs, umm - that won't mean no books will it? <kidding>

Although I did get a "backordered" on Susan's Dragon Pattern book. Will that still be fulfilled at the special price eventually?

There's only one page, Michelle. Right now, those are the ones they want to clear out of the warehouse. I'm sure we'll have more in the future to clear out other sections, but they're moving through the warehouse section by section.

My only disappointment was that Susan's Dragon Pattern Book was backordered - and I placed my order within minutes of this notice being posted I think. I just saw in the Fox Chappel email about the sale that backorders would NOT be fulfilled. Can you confirm for me Bob? If that's the case then the quantity of this book must have been pretty low because I ordered pretty quickly. Oh well.

[EDIT - well not my ONLY disappointment. I too would have liked to see more carving books. But hey - theres that saying about Gift Horses which comes to mind.]
