you people seem to have 'Lost It'

please don't ask me if I want to re-subscribe, to receive My Holiday Issue...

I already Did That !!!

i don't intend to Re-Re-subscribe !!!!

are you people 'Totally Insane' ??? i assume you have 'lost it'; in terms of running a 'woodcarving magazine'...

So, where is my already-re-subscription Holiday Issue ????????

sorry, but I think you have all 'tanked'...

Where is Roger Schoeder ?????? You need him !!!!!!!!!

Edd A. Evans
I don't think I will re-re-re-subscribe, next year... even assuming you send me my currently-paid-but-not-received issues....

editors and publishers... you better 'wake-up'....

Hi Edd,
Thank you for your comments. I am a bit confused, though. The regular holiday issue, Issue #45, just mailed out to every subscriber.

If you sign up for a two year subscription right now, you will be eligible for the special premium issue, Hand Carved Holiday Gifts. We've offered special premium issues to people who sign up for a two year subscription since the magazine started. In the past, we offered the Power Caving Manuels Vol. 1, 2, and 3, The Painting and Finishing Guide, and the Ultimate Carving Pattern Collection.

Just like those other premiums, you can also buy the issue for $9.95.

If you private message me with your full name and address, I'd be happy to check on the status of your subscription.

Best regards,
Bob Duncan

To be more specific, the Issue #35, Holiday 2008, mailed out to subscribers yesterday, so you can expect to see it within a couple weeks. The time, from when we send it out, is totally dependent on the US al Service.

Please feel free to contact me with any further questions you may have.

Best regards,

hello BobD

Guess is you 'private' reply address ????? Since this is the only address you gave me access to...

I Re-Subscribed, last August, but I had 'reservations'

You WERE NOT offering any preminum 're-subscribution publications', other than the OLD ... ALREADY-RECEIVED-BONUS-PREMINUN PUBLICATIONS, from years earlier 2-year subscribtions. So, last time (last July-August), I only re-subscribed for ONE year... frankly... i wasn't so sure your magazine would be around for more than ONE more year...!!

Sorry, I'd sure like to have received your current 'Preminum' publications... but I guess i won't have it, unless i pay another 10-bucks for it;

I'm sorry, Edd. If you click on my username, you'll have the option of private messaging me. My e-mail address, which appears all through the magazine, is duncan@foxchapelpublishing.com

Unfortunately, for some people the timing of the release for the premium was off. If you subscribed in July/August of 2008, your subscription will be up for renewal in 2009. We are offering the same exact premium next year, so if you do decide to resubscribe at that time, you'll be able to get it then.

Best regard,
Bob Duncan

You should CHILL OUT. These folks are very accomodating. They will be working very hard to satisfy you. I think your behavior is VERY out of place.

In all of my experiences with WCI I have always been treated kindly. The staff has always been very polite and helpful! It is a shame that some of the subscribers have to be rude!

guess i'm not really 'into' waiting until Next year, to get Last Year's Christmas-Carving-Pattern Premium Publication. What !!?? a two year Spread!! Where ARE you people ??? You have at least two Other Carving Magazines, that you are competing with... up until about two years ago, both of you were offering slightly different view-points and writers. That isn't any longer the case; you are all three Now competing head-on, and YOU arn't winning... in my opinion.

Thank you for offering your opinion, Edd! Shannon Flowers, the Editorial Manager, and I appreciate it.

You are more than welcome to subscribe now; we can tack on an additional 2 years to your subscription and get the holiday issue out to you right away.

I would appreciate some specific feedback on what you don't like in the magazine. If we don't know what we are doing wrong, we can't fix it.

Best regards,
Bob Duncan
