Default Permission to photocopy

I know that some of the patterns have permission printed on the page for commercial places (kinkos) to make copies for us-- this is only really necessary for me if i need to resize a pattern. recently i needed to have copied a sled from an issue several years ago-- and on the pages permission was given for up to 10 copies-- when looking at the most recent issue of xmas carvings, i couldnt find one page where that permission was given. was this an oversight? i do hope so, not everyone has a copier at home and i do not have one that will resize a pattern for me. is there a reason that permission cant be given on each pattern in future issues?

Chuck
It's at the bottom of the masthead on page 4 (the Editor's Letter page).

No need to apologize! It's a good question, and one I haven't seen before on the message board!
