Ordering Message Board Pins

OK, Gang,
Here's the final information on the pins.

We will be offering only the rectangular pins with magnetic backings. The pins will cost $6.95 plus actual shipping (which is based on where you live).

To order, you MUST e-mail me at Duncan@foxchapelpublishing.com. PLEASE do not send me a private message to order, and please do not post your order in this thread.

What I need

Your real name
Your address
Your credit card number
Your screen name exactly as you want it to appear
What message board you are a member of
Your phone number

We are going to send these out to be done in batches, so your credit card will not be charged until we send the pin out to you.

Is there a way you could show us what the nameplate looks like? For instance I would like to have my Forum name and my real name but don't know how they will be arranged. Is only one font used or can it be mixed. Sorry for complications but I will bet there will be more questions as I'm sure you are aware.

We're keeping it to one font. With the orders we expect (from both magazine message boards) we're trying to keep it as simple as possible.

Maybe something like Bob "Xsailor" xx?

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the confusion. Bob and I were excited to finally get the green light on this project and we rushed to announce availability without thoroughly thinking through the logistics.

We'll get the personalized pins added as an item on the Fox Chapel website. That way you can either order online, or call us and we'll process the order through our regular software (which we may already have your cc on file if you order books through us.)

To get things rolling - please send an e-mail to Bob with your screen name EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name tag. Once the pins are ready to ship, we'll notify you and we can process payment at that time.

We certainly don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable with the method of payment - and don't want to be responsible for any kind of fraud or identity theft!

SOOO... Just get your order in to Bob and we'll work out the $$ before the pin is shipped to you - this way we can get them made awhile.
