| | Re: Open House I don't think it matters to me. I know I would like to sit in all of them, I know I would enjoy Lori Corbets class. So since I don't see the Colin class, I will see all I can how ever it is set up.

| | Re: Open House Yes, Chris Lubkeman has agreed to do some demos and lead a carving circle. Basically he'll be on hand all day - showing folks how to do what he does and generally giving pointers. His demos will be very informal and ongoing throughout the day.
Colin will also be demonstrating in much the same way. We're planning to rent a huge tent and have a kind of community/events center - We still need to secure the space (our neighbor's yard) so it may end up being several small tents - but we will have demonstrations going all day. Colin has agreed to give a pumpkin carving demonstration and will be working on one of his large woodspirits as well. |

| | Fairfield Code The powers that be are telling me that the code is only able to be used when calling in a reservation. They are working on getting a web code that can be used. I'll keep you posted!
Please let me know if you are have a problem or 7 night stay requirement when phoning in a reservation - I'm not aware of any minimum night stay for the discounted rate. |

| | Re: Open House Shannon, the new discount program code works on-line. It's cheaper than their standard discount (if that makes any sense), and they don't up the rate for the weekend. Mike |

| | Re: Open House I could not possibly pick ONE that I am most excited about, I'm looking forward to all of them! Is Matus still on the schedule? I didn't see him on the web page for the Open House!!
If Matus is there, he'd be on my list too! Here's my pick so far...
Tom Matus (waterfowl)
Everett Ellenwood(Sharpening / Carving Human Eye)
Lori Corbett(Bird Carving Basics)
Shawn Cipa(Painting & Finishing & Design & Creativity)
Peter Ortel (Caricatures - Concept to Creation )
Chris Lubkemann (whittling circle)
I hope there's time for all of them!
