Looks good to me Bob.
I especially like Methods and Techniques. How often will the project change? The 3-D models worked fine also. I have a lot more to check out but from what I have seen it is a great improvement.

This looks good. I was expecting to not like it. The other one just looked too good. I can see the merits in this one already.
Please don't take it as a complaint, I have found a few things not working right. How soon do you want to know about them?

All in all, your group has done a commendable job.

the format and overall look is good-- my objection is that the screen seems wider than my computer screen- and i must side shift to see the entire message-- its distracting to do this-- im going to try and find out if there is something i can do to change this on my end-- but im not having this problem with the other sites i visit.
